During my times and training together with Dallas I have learned another way to work out compared to how I have done it before. We went back to basic with a focus on balance and a lot of exercises with bodyweight. I have found new muscles I did not know I had before!

I have a nerves disease called Charcot Marie Tooth (CMT) disease and have had two foot operations because of it. The operations helped me to trip less often however I have been struggling to get stronger due to weak muscle groups. Training with Dallas helped to strengthen my core muscles and it has helped me with my balance problems. I recently did a 5km run and I was able to complete it, which wasn't the case before I started training with Dallas. Furthermore, the enthusiasm with which Dallas trains me has been really helpful. I would highly recommend anyone to Dallas and would love to see how continuing with training could benefit me even more.

I have been doing boxing with Dallas for about a year. I also do ballet. Since I've started boxing with Dallas there was an immense improvement in my ballet as well as general quality of life. My core strength and endurance improved a lot.

I love to run but as long as I can remember I've had problems with tightnesses in my hip flexors.

I've been to naprapats, physiotherapists and went to a PT for 9 months with this issue, but just got temporary better.

Without me even mentioning it, Dallas saw and start to focus the training on the tightness in my hip. After just 3 weeks of training I feel a difference in my hips. I'm straighter, more flexible and are able to use new muscles around the hip. Dallas is the first who tells me to walk slower to be able to have a better technique and engage the right muscles instead of just look at the speed - and I think that's a brilliant example of the quote: "It doesn't make sense to run faster if you are running in the wrong direction"

He is so dedicated about his work, and always take it a step further than everyone else.
