Personal training
classes offer a unique and personalized experience for those looking to improve
their fitness and overall health. Young or old, beginner or advanced, private
training is available for everyone. I will develop your custom, personal
training program using my unique combination of bodyweight training, mobility and boxing.
Whether you are looking to lose weight, improve your golf swing, build muscle, or increase your endurance, with private boxing lessons I can help you achieve these goals in a safe and effective manner.
In addition to the customised instruction and guidance, private boxing sessions provide accountability and motivation. I will not only help design a workout plan, but also help ensure you stay on track and motivated to reach your goals.
Private training lessons are not necessarily one on one. If you prefer to come together with your partner, friend or family member I also provide private boxing lessons for 2 people at the same time. It's great to share this experience and get fit together!
Depending on your schedule and needs, private training sessions can be anything from 30 minutes up to 1 hour. If you can't make it to the gym, I do also offer training sessions at your home or any other preferred location.
Private boxing classes are available every day from Monday to Saturday, and you can come in as many times as you like and need, just make sure you book your slots well in advance.
The cost of personal training classes can vary depending on a number of factors, such as the location and the package chosen but in any case your first session is on me!
