Group Classes

Group boxing sessions are for everyone: it does not matter if you are a beginner just starting on your fitness journey, or well advanced, everyone can join.
These classes are a great opportunity to box with other people who are all working towards similar fitness goals. This works incredibly motivating while you are reaping the many benefits of boxing.
All training sessions are offered in a wonderful and motivational boxing gym in Cape Town and groups are limited to a maximum of 6 people to make sure everyone gets personal attention and no one is left out.
I provide guidance, encouragement, and modifications to make sure that you are getting the most out of your boxing group classes.
Whether you're looking to lose weight, gain muscle, or simply improve your overall fitness and feel better, group fitness classes are a great way to achieve your goals.
I offer morning and afternoon sessions every day from Monday to Saturday, and you can come in as many times as you like and need.
There are drop-in rates available
for single group classes but also have group class packages available to suit your
budget.
